The automatic enrollment contribution percentage is 3% of your base salary
. You may change your percent at anytime up to a maximum of 50%. The
Company will match 50% up to 5% of your eligible pay.
是说我不往里加钱，公司自动给我加薪水的3%？
我可以多加，但是50%是什么意思？最后公司的match是什么意思？

No.自动从你工资里面扣3%.公司会match这个3%的50%

我觉得是这个意思。这个401K差了一点点。

是有点差.
不过总比没有match强

你的工资的3%会自动扣除到你的401K帐户里面,
你如果contribute 3%, 你公司match 1.5%
你如果contribute 5%, 你公司match 2.5%
你可以contribute 50%, 你公司还是match 2.5%
