前不久刚file了H1转F1，case还pending,现在新工作又想file H1b transfer, 请问是
直接file H1 transfer，就默认取消之前的pending的case? 还是说要先withdraw那个
pending的转F1的case啊？
大家给指点一下吧！谢谢
withdraw了转F1的case以后，会不会影响在移民局那里的记录阿？

It takes time to file the withdraw too. (Not short typically). And you
would better consult a lawyer, technically, I do not think you can do
transfer directly because you need your F-1 to get approved first, my
suggestion would be consult a lawyer, use the service of the school to
speed up f_1 application and then file H-1 using PP.

这么复杂？
咨询了一个移民律师，他说withdraw了F1 case就行了,听着不是什么大问题似的。要是
要等F1先批，那太郁闷了：（
现在的新公司着急给file h1 transfer呢，因为一旦寄走，就可以上班了

I do not think that will be a good idea. The risk is that you may be out of
status. The safe way is to indicate that your change of status from H1b to
F1 is still pending in a cover letter prepared by the lawyer. When the IO
work on your case, they can approve your F1 first then your H1b. It's best
to consult a reliable immigration attorney( I guess your new company has their own immigration attorney), not these ones from a local
Chinese newspaper you can get from a grocery store.
