cs phd 一年工作经验. 千等万等, 总算通过了第一关, 下面还要看 Executive
committee 是不是批准.
Recruiter 发 EMAIL 要很多信息:
上个工作 base,bonus received, next bonus anticipated, stock/grant;
supervisor phone reference check;
成绩单;
Competing Offers: If you are pursuing other opportunities beside Google,
please provide as much information as you can disclose (company names, job
title, base salary, bonuses, equity, sign-ons, etc.)
Interests and Accomplishments:
拿到GOOG offer 的 XDJM, 你们有碰到要求这些信息吗? 特别是 competing offer 怎
么答. 我道是有三个 offers, 但为了等 google, 都过期了.下面还有 FB 最后一轮面
试. 该怎么答?
不是说 Google package 都 standard 吗? 难道要根据以上信息具体定不同工钱? 困惑
中...

推荐信不是人人都要的么我来onsite之前就要了去了。。。

我没有要, 是 pass hiring committee 之后. 而且奇怪的是要打电话给导师当场问,
不要写的信...

有工作经验的，Google给Offer时会考虑你现在的总收入和离职所带来的损失(Options
and/or RSU, etc.)，如实填写就是。

那看来不是简单按 title 分几档, 而是因人上份工而异. 有 google 的 confirm 一下
吗?
