I had a phone interview this week, with a small teaching school, the
department has master's programs.
Two committee members on the other side, questions asked:
Why you chose us?
What are your unique assets?
How do you handle difficult students?
How do you manage your teaching?
conflict?
anything to add?
Question for us?
I think I did a good/not bad job and the atmosphere was kind of relaxing.
However, nobody can tell how it goes until later. Hope for the best...

在一个比较大的公司工作，本想再找个大的公司，结果水平不高，三个月了，failed
了BB,GS,Google。。一个中型（1000人）公司给了offer，比现在的工资高15%，打算从
了。interview 非常简单，基本上就是聊一聊，问了一些基本概念。HR 办事速度飞快
，on-site 当天HR就Email问expectation，第二天就给了oral offer，第三天正式
offer就出来了。
祝大家找工作顺利。

看看他们的course catalog，确认一下自己可以胜任的课程，还有自己可以develop的
课程。很多teaching school希望candidate能够grow the program

目前的公司2万人。我身份还没解决，等排期。比那些要H1B sponsor的同学确实要强一
点。不过，现在的形势应该比2004 要好点。我当时找找工作，没啥opening。只要坚持
，总会有结果的，而且往往是都觉得绝望的时候。

怎么这时候还在面试呀，太晚了点吧，就算7月给offer，negotiate一下就到8月了呀，
然后再做paperwork，感觉得弄到9月了。。

吼吼，不用谢。最近几年因为老同事退休，在search committee里混了三次。虽然有很
多杂碎的问题，但最终大家看重的还是这个

我不知道什么superday，就是安排了三个人interview，题目也很简单，可是我没怎么
复习，就彻底挂了。对于GS我不不是那么感兴趣，据说非常累。recuiter说的基本工资
蛮低的。

Junior level in GS is much worse than G M A F.
What is a "SuperDay"?
A "Superday" is usually used in reference to final round interviews for an
incoming analyst class at an investment bank. The day usually entails
anywhere from 5-20 interviews for multiple hours. Offers are generally
extended within a few hours after the interviews or up until a few weeks
after.

GS superday那是一个痛苦，水都不给喝，饭也不管
