I'm new to this area, stranger to all kinds of jargons, and the boss use a
lot of jargon and hard english

it looks like you have a little trouble here. maybe you should ask for some
books or materials to learn all the jargons in your field. I guess your
English is not so good. you can try reading the materials aloud and
recording it. replay the recording. I guess it could help you understand
what she is talking about. definitly some hard work ahead for you.

I really feel frustrated, frankly, I can talk with people when they speak
slow, but this lady speaks really fast and a little aggressive in manner.
Which makes me hard to catch what she means.

I think I complete the task and push the leader to have meeting in making
new assignments, I just feel messed up every time talk to her. That
English is not friendly to international speaker.
