As we have discussed, your continued employment will be subject to, among
other
things, the Company’s ability to obtain an H1-B visa on your behalf. The
application for the H-1 visa will be filed once you have received your Phd.
In the interim your employment will be based on the authorization for
Curricular Practical training (CPT) and after you have received your PhD,
optional practical training (“OPT”) pursuant to your student visa. It is
our expectation that you will obtain the CPT authorization from your school
in advance of your start date, will obtain the OPT following receipt of your
degree and will cooperate and provide documentation as necessary to
maintain or secure the necessary authorizations.
