因为是local公司，要第一轮phone interview with hiring manager.
我觉得每次电话面试都不要建立rapport,不能更好的表现，可不和一和
hr说变成on-site with hirning manager呀？
还是这样会让他们觉得自己没有信心，不是很好。
多谢任何建议。 ^_^

我就是这样的，跟他们说我走路10分钟就到你们公司了，要求onsite.
还不知道好坏
个人觉得看你怎么喜欢，反正让你onsite他们没什么损失

他们损失时间经历
要安排你见很多人
不单是几百块hotel和路费的问题

小公司可能管点用
大公司可不是你想去onsite就onsite的
否则每天挤破头了

他们损失时间经历 only in the case that you are not what they expected or you
don't think yourself match their positions, do you?

One friend (working with a hiring manager) told me that the screening phone
interview is intended to check your English proficiency level, check if your
experience is true. So, practice and get familiar with your resume.
They only invite you onsite when they see the greater probability of your
becoming an employee there--English, experience and cooperation.

i hate phone interviews.
they ask the same questions.
"is your name really ABC"
"is your email really really A*[email protected]"
"did you really, really, really work there?"
