美国公司一般都直接叫名字。
偶尔（见面或再见的时候）叫Sir/Mamn，别人会比较开心。
有Dr的，叫Dr别人会比较喜欢。但一样，不要一直叫。

Well, where did it say in the original post that he/she is a coder? There are a
lot of CS people on this board, but I'm assuming not everyone is a coder.

可是如果on-site面试的时候，面试官自我介绍的时候只说了first name呢？那是应该
跟着叫First
name比较合适还是叫Sir和Ma'am？
