Got an offer from a company that I really want to go. The HR is going to
call me this afternoon. Could anyone one provide some hints/suggestions
about how to negotiate?

1. 引用glass等参考当地薪水标准
2. 说明自己的情况qualify 更高薪水数,比如目前薪水，水平。。。
3. 根据benifit, bonus, 搬家费等综合提要求
