if it has past the H1B start date on the I-129 (even when petition is
pending), you can end F1. But if the H1B start date is Oct 1 2011, you
cannot quit school even after H1B approval. You have to either graduate (
then status protected by cap-gap, but no work authorization unless you have
OPT on or after your H1 received date) or continue to maintain full-time F1
if not graduated.

我的grace period 已经过去了，报了语言学校维持，现在办了加急premium
所以想问问能否在语言开学前退掉这个班
不是说只要递交了，就自动延续身份么？
这个cap gap我就不太理解

在没转成前 还是要有个身份得 这钱就别省了

如果h1 approve 了，是否学校立刻就知道了，到时候是不是申请opt,cpt什么的去
