我在网上看到的，基本上USCIS都会按照approval date来，但是有同学是
USCISapproval的晚了，可是还是按照你填的start date发EAD的吗？

晚点不是更好吗，反正还是12个月。

也就是说没有可能是USCIS我填的start date来咯？

the start date must start no later than 60 days after graduation. (that is,
OPT must expire within 14 months after graduation) Say you graduate in
June and start date in July, if OPT approval came very late into December,
it will have a start date in August.
