查状态的网页上的initial review有这样一段：
If you have filed an I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765
, you can expect to receive an appointment notice to appear at an
Application Support Center to have your fingerprints and/or photographs
taken.
有人收到过这个notice么？
另外我的材料寄到TX但是马上被转到vermont，正常么？7.12收到receipt现在还是
initial review. 看到好像有人一个月就拿到卡了。

F-1 OPT does not need to do finger print, that's for immigrant.
