上周三（8／10）on-site面完归来。
面试的10个人，给9个人写了Thanks letter, 4个给回了。
然后，周五hiring manager给email说这周二他休假之前给决定。
这周二，HR告知hiring manager同意了。今天follow up，HR 说 “Our HR team is
working on the offer approval. Once the offer is approved, I will call you
to discuss.”还没有谈工资什么的。
有没有知道HR处理从口头offer到正式offer需要多长时间？
拿到正式offer之后，上面经。
