8.15 interview and received the offer
8.17 Lawyer filed LCA
8.24 Morning, LCA was approved, the employer signed documents at noon and
lawyer sent out the premium processing the same day
8.25 California processing center received the H1B documents
9.6 On September 6, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this
I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER.
我特别理解大家等 H1B的心情.递上去之后和很多找等信的朋友一样, 特别着急.我又
特别担心RFE,因为老板提过不愿意提供公司的tax return等信息,加上十月份一定要上
班了,已经多等了一个月,如果RFE了, 我的case就等于说是拒了.在家带娃一年多, 好不
容易拿到心仪的offer,老板又愿意办H1B,真是很不容易.
