I've just finished the interview. It is my first time that an
interviewer stopped talk before it should be (10 minutes).
Unfortunately, at this time I do not feel apple has a strong match
with my needs. Thank you and the interviewer for taking the time and
exploring this opportunity. I'll be sure to keep apple on mind for
future opportunities, if the interviewers can give more respect and
patience to job seekers.
估计是华人ABC吧，本科在这边读的。
谁能告诉我epoll和poll的区别？至少我还知道一点epoll支持更多的descriptors， > 1024。
第10分钟时打断我准备结束，也没问我“do u have questions for me?”
本来就是双向选择；觉得apple不适合就发个据信吧。

本来就是双向选择；觉得apple不适合就发个据信吧。
被google拒过无数次，没给它发过据信，因为输得心服口服。

我的经验，有真正机会的电面，面试者都会卡的刚好结束，最多回答问题多几分钟。问
下一步如何，会告诉你一般要多久，通过了是什么安排。
那种没打算正经招人或者早就找到的职位，电面一般会迟到、早退，你回答什么都没评
价，迅速结束，然后说没情况了，你等hr吧。
人的态度还是很容易判断出来的。

经历几次就习惯了。找工作都是买卖生意，没什么面子情意可讲。对公司来说和上菜场
买菜一个性质。你要觉得对个人态度不舒服，可以跟hr投诉，当然也不要指望有效果，
就是让人知道一下。

这很多时候根面试的人没什么关系。经常都是HM已经决定了，让engineer去应付一下，
别人自然是能省则省。

HR电话来道歉了，说看安排其他职位，我看到合适的也可以发给她。
看来有时表达一下也行，反正老中缺这个。我删了几句愤怒的，把它家据信改了改，发
过去的。

very unprofessional，很多公司interview policy里面都有，如果有人觉得interviewee非常不合适，完全可以提前结束自己的面试，如果是onsite的话，还可以通知HR提前结束所有的面试，这样做完全正常。
HR也就是客套一下而已，大多数Tech company，engineer说了算。

我还没unprofessional到面了1/3时间，发现面试官很烂，然后觉得这个公司的人智商
都很低；然后说“thank you for your interest"，然后挂电话。
凭什么只有公司才能发据信？

interviewee非常不合适，完全可以提前结束自己的面试，如果是onsite的话，还可以
通知HR提前结束所有的面试，这样做完全正常。

这就显得不成熟了
实际上因为个别人而丧失整个公司的职业机会，无异于自我否定。。。当然发信
complain一下是可以的，我以前直接发信complain过，然后附上自己的代码
当然我理解你是非常生气和觉得不公平的，但是要明白这样做对你有害无益

同时也是他丧失招我的机会。还好HR很nice。
我还没到快饿死去接受不公平的地步；我有的是interview
像google，就是nice，据我一百次，我照样继续。
多数都是很好的，偶尔出现面试官忘了是相互面试。

你思想境界真这么高了，当然做的很好
要是意气用事就不值了，只有自己最清楚。
这里大部分人还是没有这么多选择的，估计有apple offer这个版1/3以上的人会接，1/
2会因此获得更好的counter offer 然后犹豫一下

任何分析基本都是个例，不好说一般怎样你就要怎样。。。

我也是觉google的面试既professional，技术面广，还很客气。
我面过的印象最差的是bloomberg. 电话迟到了半小时，一美国小白，
也没道歉。上来就问："do you EVEN know xxxx? "。　然后我说啥他都想
反驳或是想说我不懂。比如，问我proxy design. 我刚答到“proxy
is a surrogate, ..."　他就说了，“I don't think proxy is a surrogate".
然后我就明白那个面试官是一白痴。后来我问他组里大致有多少个senior engineer
他也不知道。

这么跟华人弱不弱没关系吧
你太敏感了这样的做法也显得不是很professional
你这么complain有什么意义呢?
complain他们就会care你吗?
