这个是option，和rsu差很多。
不过公司没接近上市的话，给rsu也没法兑现。

这个在弯曲属于比较中等偏下一点的offer吧，base稍微有点偏低,是小公司的pay type.
15K stock option 就那样吧，比没有好，也没有RSU那么能拿到的可能性大。
