一般多问问组的情况，所做的项目的情况。你虽然是去被面的，但你也是去面人的，你
当然不要表现出捡到篮子里都是菜，你也要picky一点，组的状况不好，做的项目没趣
，你还不乐意去呢。所以面食的时候，不但你在sell yourself，面食官也在sell他的
team。
据我观察，面食官都很“贱”，你越picky，他越想要你。。。

前几天第一轮电面有个哥们已经跟我介绍过他们组里做啥了
今天第二轮group电面 有个高一级的manager又让我问，我实在想不出问啥了。。
一般多问问组里情况，主要问啥？

你自己先想想你理想的项目是什么，理想的工作环境是什么，喜欢和什么样的人一起工
作，想象如果你在那个位置上，要受那些人和部门的影响，要影响哪些人和部门。
既然在版上有那么多东西问，问啥见了面食官会没问题问。
你也不怕问重复的问题，下一个面食官并不知道你问了上一个面食官啥，也不知道他回
答了啥。。。

1. what kind of people are you looking for in this position
根据面试官的回答，简单扯一扯自己的背景，暗示自己最合适不过
2. if i got this position, how should I prepare it recently
掏出小本本认真记下面试官给的答案，暗示自己的motivation

You ask questions when you and the interviewer wrap things up, it is like
your closing comments.
Usually the interview went well, then you asked couple of sharp questions,
then you know the result.

not entry level job, so people kind of know you by just looking your resume
and knowing that you are in the industry.
Then a pleasant conversation in half hour can determine it.
