大家好，我在拿到OPT的第三天就开始上班，当时上报給了国际学生中心。工作一个月
后发现职位并不是自己喜欢的，深思熟虑后选择辞职找新的职位。但辞职之后把需要上
报給国际学生中心这个要求忘的一干二净，所以他们并不知道自己已辞职。前天意识到
Unemployed的天数已超过90天。请问这种情况会不会影响下一个OFFER的接收，或者对
H1B甚至绿卡申请有影响？我现在该怎么做呢？

不要过渡紧张，你这个太正常了，除非养一帮闲人打电话查底细。。。。

同问。我已经毕业，用OPT工作一定要告诉学校的国际学生办公室吗？我开始用OPT工作
的时候发了email给国际学生办，但是没有人回复，如果一定需要的话我得让他们确认
一下。

The authority to determeine whether you are unemployed or not during OPT is
USCIS at the time of your future COS/AOS application. 国际学生办公室 just
collect information that you provide voluntarily. After your graduation 国际
学生办公室 have no say or to judge you about your OPT visa status (unless
you need another I-20 from them). Some people have experience that 国际学生
办公室 did not enter employment in SEVIS, so they just need to provide the
OPT employment proof during their next COS AOS with USCIS, and they will be
fine.

Thanks for the reply!
If i need to extend my OPT for another 17 months, or apply H1B, do I need to
provide the proof (such as salary receipts) in the application? Will USCIS
require this kind of documents? Thanks!
