Happy holiday!
1. My current H-1B will expire by the end of this September, when should I
start to renew it?
2. My current H-1B is part time, if I change it to full time, do I have to
apply for a new Foreign Labor Certification?
3. To qualify for a full time H-1B prevailing wage, if I change the job
title to the one with lower prevailing wage, do I have to apply for a new
Foreign Labor Certification for the new job title?
