我的opt是在2011的10月14号开始生效的
所以应该是在2012的1月11满90天
在12月底的时候我面试了一家公司
在interview的时候老板也表示出想要雇用我的意思
但并没有给我任何文件上的证明
当时我有问那个老板说我能不能就先跟学校advisor 先回报我在这工作的资料了
那时候那个老板也说ok，还叫我自已去问看offer letter要怎么写
然后他再帮我写这样
但之后我就没有再得到那个老板的响应
我寄了很多封信之后终于得到他们其它员工的回信
说他们已经找到另一个更适合的人了
所以我并没有得到这个工作
但现在问题是我已经跟学校回报了
学校方面也说他们已经有帮我update资料
所以我现在应该怎么做比较好
因为如果计算90天
我现在已经超过了
我目前还没有跟学校方面说我后来没有真的到这家公司上班的事
我可以先就继续假装我还是在本来的那家公司
然后直到我找到另一家真的要雇用我的公司之后再跟学校说我换公司了的事吗?
要是我找到下一家公司
而且之后愿意帮我办h1的话
之前这个伪unemployee的事情会有影响吗?
不知道有没有人有相同的经验或是可以给我一点意见的?

你还是赶快找个地方先挂靠你的opt。。。。。
办h1b的时候有人被查有人没被查，你只要听天由命了。

不知道是不是能在找到下一家公司的时候
问他们能不能把hire我的时间写早一些
这样我就可以去跟学校的advisor说我当时拿了两个offer
后来又去了另一个但忘了update

很想知道，得什么样的公司才肯帮你做这个假。
学校根本不管你什么雇佣的问题，不然随便一查就知道你是不是在那里上班了。

所以cicicecilia的意思是说
只要我学校方面没有去查
那我之前有没有真的在那家公司工作的事就不会被发觉吗?

of course not......
I am just saying your school does not care if you work or not. They will
report to sevis what ever you told them. But uscis cares. When you apply for
H1b they may require you to give evidence showing you never out of status.
In this case, uscis definitely will verify. You have no chance to lie. I
dont konw what will happen if uscis found discrepancy between what you show
at that time and sevis record.
Another thing is not to lie. It is really dangerous, especially when you do
not know the rules and consequence.
If I were the employer, I will consider to withdraw the offer if you ask me
to lie about the hiring date.
