好像不是这个意思，absolute number是指的那个数的个数。
我后来的理解。
就是说
series A: 1 2 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4
series B: 1 2 3 4
那么答案是2。 2的个数降低最多。
不知道我的理解对不对。
