目前感兴趣的一个职位的要求是：
1. MS or PHD is preferred
2. 5+ years' experience
但是title 是associate scientist
同一个部门非常类似的职位的要求：
1。Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2. 5+ yeasrs' experience
title 是Senior Scientist
其他的要求几乎相同，到底哪个高呢？
