非常感谢大家的建议,我仔细看了offer package, 里面关于report relationship里面有这样一段表述:不知道按照这个政策我到底需不需要现在report给HR. 我老公还没有开始做background check, 这样他就不算是current employee吧, 我是不是就不用跟HR report了?继续求建议。。。。。

不说没人知道。又不需要提供你老公的名字等。另外仔细看各种hr发来的文件,公司
policy,只要没有写在纸上的规定,都不要紧的。

作可以,当作不知道,那就一起上班去。
如果忌讳被人家知道,公司里面不要提就可以了,不要说。

别扯淡误导人。
如果你们俩都想接受bb offer的话,一定一定不能被bb的hr知道。
否则一定会至少有一个人的offer被取消。
即使进去之后,也一定不能让bb的hr知道你们是couple,
否则,至少有一个人会被要求必须离开公司。

难道保险,紧急联系人,小孩什么的都不填,平时也不跟大家交往。想隐瞒太难了,就
怕一不小心就漏嘴了。

同意。hr可以会小题大作,可同事间肯定不管。不跟hr说就行了。

成员信息的吧。如果只能hire一个的话,我会放弃我的offer. 我老公在办background
check,打算等他的background check完成以后就跟HR坦白,我的offer deadline是23th
Mar.我想在deadline之前应该能完成background check.

保险不必非要填配偶。
两人分别保自己就行。
紧急联系人填爸妈。
平时交往,同事即使知道了,未必会去告诉HR,除非这同事恨你,或者非常较真。
总之尽量不要让同事知道。
一定不要让HR知道。否则至少一人必须走人。

这样不就知道了吗?会不会弄巧成拙啊。我知道一个单位也有类似规定,成了后,一个
调离的,国内的,也是金融业的。bb算金融业吧,对某些关系,还是敏感的。

只有申请的时候需要填是否有relative在BB工作,之后所有的面试过程都不会问的,最
后给offer也不会问,但是offer letter里面明确写着员工自己要report. 所以你姐姐
就当积累面试经验吧,没坏处。。我们是打算坦白了,呵呵,不喜欢生活在秘密里。。
工作都会找得到的。。。

same company. I haven't seen anyone let go because of that. At least, I
know at least three people in the company I work for having couple in the
same company. I don't understand why you are so worry.

老实说,面试会被取消,即使发了offer也会取消offer.
如果她想去bb,就不要告诉HR你在这上班。

不仅“申请的时候需要填是否有relative在BB工作“,
面试中HR也可能会问到。
只要你回答是,我有亲戚现在在BB工作,
所有面试过程立刻终止。
即使发了offer也会取消offer.
即使已经开始在BB上班了,也会让你走人。
我倒是建议你不用告诉HR,
他们自己能find out你的可能性很小。
进去上班一年半载之后,看看你们俩是不是有人非常不喜欢在那上班,
然后让这个人在找其他工作,跳槽好了。
如果俩人都很喜欢在那上班,你就不告诉HR就行乐,
他们自己能find out你的可能性很小。
