拿到opt就开始上班了, 一年不到
项目做完了,暂时还没找到下家
如果没有下家, 还能有多长时间呆在美国找工作?
前三个月的时间没有用, 现在还可以用吗?

是，但注意三个月都是在end date之前，如果三个月是在end date之后，那么就是现在
和end date之间

unemployment的期限是
[now, min(now+3months, end date on the opt card)]
比如说end date 是5/1/2012,三个月后就已经超过5/1/2012了，所以实际上并没有三个
月的时间，只有一个月多点。

如果可以办opt extension, 这三个月没用完的天数可以算到extension里的
unemployment的天数吗?

Doesn't make any sense. 三个月是说明在OPT时间内总共没有工作的天数不可以超过
三个月。如果到end date了，你就“成功完成你的OPT”了。还管什么三个月？

Agree.Before you apply post-OPT, there is 2 months grace period. So if we
don't use it before, could we use it again? :)

有公司实习 但是实习期间不是每天都去的 怎么算呢?

If you successfully complete your OPT (i.e. without violating the number of
unemployment days), you will have a new 60 day grace period after OPT.

哪天去不去无所谓；反正你算在那里employed就ok。必须每星期起码20小时的工作。

Could I change my status, like change to F2? apply H1B if i get a job in
this period? or extend my OPT for extra 17 months? Look forward to your kind

Yes, you can change your status. If you apply for H1B with cap, then your
grace period is automatically extended to October 1. I don't think you can
extend your OPT at that point since it has already ended (not sure).
