刚刚拿到一个工业界的offer。salary还算reasonable。可我有点贪心的想，如果和他
们negotiate一下，或许有点涨的余地。是不是公司定salary的时候，其实都给了讨价
还价的余地呢？
我自己其实是想接受这个offer的，主要是对我将来的career path有帮助。那我和他们
谈工资时应该怎么措辞呢？其实哪怕给我涨个~2千刀一年就能满足我小农的思想。我是
直接讲我想要多少 ，还是含糊地问有没有涨的可能性呢 ？

1. hold your number, ask them to give number first, if they don't, just
adress on your qualification. if you can't avoid giving number first，give a
broad range with your desired reasonable salary in the middle.
2. once they give a number, ask how they come up with this numer. what is
the position in the salary range.
3. keep adress on your qualification, ask them to move up in the range，or
give a approximate number you want to add.
4. keep "arguement" in a very professional way for 1-2 rounds, accept their
offer.

他们给我的offer letter 上已经定了salary了。salary 的 range 在面试时就告诉我
了。他们给的salary其实在这个range 中间偏少的地方。那我argue的时候如何做到
professional （除了反复强调我的qualifications）？还有我是和hiring manager 谈
工资还是和 human resonance 谈工资 （正式的offer letter 是 HR 给的）还是
EmailHR 但是CC 给 我的hiring manager？

本你也就是意思意思，强调你多么的好，争取一个FAIR VALUE罢了。其实FAIR不FAIR人
家公司心理有数。地道的公司不会趁机压价的，不地道的公司估计你也干不长，如果你
真的有能力的话。但人家公司总不能一下就把底牌拿出来，会让你讲一讲，讲下个三两
年千的你也有胜利的感觉，干活也卖力一些。

HM一般不介入工资问题吧？个人觉得大多数公司是这样的。
