Our company is starting up a new R&D group focused on Optical Distribution
Network (ODN) Solutions, and seeks talented professionals in the fields of
optical identification, RFID, fiber Bragg grating, optical switch, optical
splitter, Planar Lightwave Circuits, MEMS, high speed data acquisition,
advanced optical fiber termination, network infrastructure etc.
We will be headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with strategic

Job Duties:
• Leads, guides or consults on new or existing products
• Drives new innovations from Concept to Productization
• Facilitates alignment and collaboration with other groups working
on related fields
Minimum Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering,
Telecommunication or an equivalent college degree
8+ years of R&D experience on ODN or relevant techniques
Solid background and knowledge of ODN techniques, including
trends, current status, etc
Demonstrated knowledge of Management and deployment in the
Enterprise environment
Demonstrated knowledge of FTTx, optical component/system design
Demonstrated business communication skills (Presentations,
Document Writing Etc.)
Effective organization and project management skills
Prior management skills or applied experience in leading teams (
local or remote)
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented work
environment
