一般小公司面试都是这样吗？
一般几天能出结果？

This really depends. Small companies are usually very flexible. I'm
interviewed by a small start-up on Monday. They have a total of 5 in the
company now (including the founders), 3 engineers and 2 business personnel.
I'm interviewed by everyone, with three full-hour technical interviews and
two shorter sessions. They checked with my references the next morning, and
made offer in the afternoon.
