LCA certified (5/24 file, approved on 5/31), 所有材料都准备好了.但一定要等到
6/17日我回国一年后才file我的case(律师说只有到那个时候file才不会被deny). 看来
新的6年H1B只能看运气了.

原来还有2年半左右,中间公司倒闭,转身份,后家事回国.没办绿卡

如果用回以前的就不占,如果申请新的6年就是cap-subject

if cap number is reached, you can use your 2.5 remaining years. But that
will beat the purpose of your waiting till 6-17, because you have waited for
the exact reason to get a new 6 years of H1.
