面的是一家startup，上个礼拜三面了3个engineers，觉得不错，礼拜五又回去面了cto
和manager，cto当时还给了我一个公司的小宣传册。离开后就写了email thank you
letter，到现在还没有回复。痛苦得等待中.....

The HR behaved little differently. I have not received the official offer
letter until now and the stupid recruiter is coming into it for money, which
I beliebve the recruiter didnot do anything.

offer letter已经过来了，谢谢各位的bless。我对base还比较满意，不打算negotiate
了。
可是offer letter比较奇怪的是：
1. 给的title是senior software engineer，可我投的职位是software engineer。不
知道是不是为了match我的薪水，把title给加到senior去了。看来还要多学习啊，
senior SE。
2. 关于薪水，有这么说：This salary will be subject to adjustment pursuant to
the Company's employee compensation policies in effect from time to time.
这么写正常吗？难道他们还要看我的工作表现再适当的调整我的薪水？
3. 关于stock options，没有说要送我多少（我当初以为他们会送股票）。公司现在还
只是private hold，怎么来的这个common stock一说呢？难道这个只对公司上市有才有
效？只是说you will be granted an option to purchase 5,000 shares of the
company's common stock. The exercise price per share will be determined by
the Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee when the option is
granted. The option will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable
to options granted under the Company’s 2007 Stock Plan (the “Plan”), as
described in the Plan and the applicable Stock Option Agreement. You will
vest in 20% of the option shares after 12 months of continuous service, and
the balance will vest in equal monthly installments over the next 48 months
of continuous service, as described in the applicable Stock Option Agreement.

It's stock option (should be ISO) which is different from RSU. You will have
exercise it. 5000 seems to be a little low. How big is the company now? in
what stage?
