opt申请需要45－90天
而且生效的日期是你来定的
可以答辩前申请
要毕业的话研究好什么时候毕业，有个差不多的时间，提前2个月左右去iso咨询就可以
了

我的情况是这样，
1. coursework已经全部完成。
2. 但是最早也要明年3月份才能答辩。
3. full time的CPT已经用掉3个月了，因为full-time的CPT累加最多只能12个月，否则
就没有资格再申请OPT。而我明天春季学期结束后才能毕业，毕业之前的工作需要一直
用Full-time的CPT，所以想尽早申请OPT，以免CPT满了12个月就无法在申请OPT了。
所以，像我这种情况，假设明天5月份毕业，最早何时可以申请OPT？
1. coursework已经全部完成。

OPT start date: B=A-1 month or several days (depends on the risk your can
afford)
OPT application date: C=B-(2~3 months) (depends on how confident you are
with your luck)
Graduation date on your I-20 (not your real graduation date): D = C+90 days
or C-60 days
