accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
F-1 要毕业学生是 No 还是 yes ?
另外它这是不是只招绿卡和公民?

Need your sponsorship (for H1B) to start to work in the U.S.

我记得一般job application form有两个选项
1） Are you currently authorized to work in the U.S.?
yes, 因为有opt
2) do you need sponsor H1B in the future to work in the U.S.?
yes.
