JD里面有这一句话不太明白。这是表示至少有绿卡吗？H签证不行吧？

H Visa是个灰色擦边球，3年一续而且只能续2次，至多6年，如何能算permanent，而且
还有诸多restrictions。不过建议胆子大一点，捂着耳朵大吼两句“我不管我什么都不
管”，硬着上或许也就成了。

it means they don't sponsor visas. So c9 category EAD or the DREAMer's a10
category EAD(even though each valid for 2 years maximun but are renewable)
may work.

对于entry-level来说，OPT,H1-B都算的; 就是时间有限制而已；
学校career center的律师教的，只要这样问的都说yes. 要不你网申的时候填个no,
那估计就不考虑你了。

You can't go around this one, "Yes" is the only choice.

网申的时候我遇到的不多，电面或者onsite的时候的确基本都会问的，HR也知道。但是
我觉得如果前一个问题网申的时候说no. 那估计就自动被filter out了吧. 没有试过
，只是猜测。
OPT本来就是算一种work authorization，只是不是permanent的
