ME, experienced
Filed an online application with a dream position before sept 1, which is
the deadline for submission.
The same position was posted again this month with a new deadline.
It seems shell doesn't sponsor h1b, just as BP.

很少,但总有例外，看你有多合适，敝系去年有个刚博士毕业的师姐就去了BP,也有个做
燃烧的组历史上好几个人去了shell global solutions,都是烙印

你可以通过Vendor company来解决H1 transfer.
但职位要是contractor

The most scary part is that my resume was not sent to the hiring manager but
killed by HR or an automated filter. Then there is no chance to show my
competency. I am quite confident that I will have an on-site at the minimum.
Are there anybody inside shell can refer me?
