发现我英语太搓了，最后一句，看了半天不明白

discuss the role with you.

就是说你和他联系一下，他先screen一下，看看你够不够格。例如current
immigration status,工资要求。如果合适的话，recruiter才会把你的简历交到hiring
manager手中。

是不是要我在方便时候，直接打电话过去？

我觉得无所谓email或者电话，都可以。
我觉得，是不会问你technical question的。
