offer上说：Active salaried employees receive a 4% company Retirement
Contribution of their eligible salary regardless of their participation in
the SRSP. Those who make employee contributions will receive a Company
Matching Contribution of 50% up to the first 7% of their eligible salary.
是不是说啥都不干公司也出4%，然后我自己出的7%公司会match50%？这个401K怎样？
小弟没有比较完全没有概念啊，有经验的请指教一下。谢谢！

你可以对比一下市场上比较好的大公司的401K：就是match个人贡献的50%，直到个人贡
献的上限17000。
所以市场上比较好的401k，是你出17000，公司出8500。
（1）如果你的工资水平一般，比如是100k。假设你贡献7000（公司match的上限），公
司match 4000+3500=7500。match的绝对值不如上面的8500，但是7000/7500的性价比却
是远好于17000/8500。所以算得上“不错”的offer。
（2）如果你的工资水平很好，比如是300k。假设你贡献到个人上限17000，公司match
12000+8500=20500。这个不论是match的绝对值，还是17000/20500的性价比，都远好与
上面17000/8500的offer。所以这算得上是“极好”的offer的。
不过lz最好再去确认一下：
--第一种4%的match没有上限
--这两种match是“取和”而不是取“最大值”。
