马上要跳槽了，现在公司突然宣布被并购，每个人都重新发了offer letter. 其中有一
条关于提前终止雇佣关系需要30天notice的：
The term of the Employee's employment hereunder shall commence as of the
first day of employment. lt may be terminated by either Employer or Employee
upon thirty days notice given to the other in writing. At the option of the
Employer, the effective date of any termination notice by either party may
include accrued vacation time.
我的情况是最多给公司2周notice, 以上条例说“lt may be terminated by either
Employer or Employee upon thirty days notice given to the other in writing”
， 既然是may be, 我给2周不算是break contract喽？！好不容易找了个下家，不想因
此给自己找麻烦。
