如果直接申请H1B, 还没有申请opt(准备明天去学校找international office)，
今天律师发信和我说当你申请opt的时候会拿到一张新的i20，拿到了之后要给个copy给
他，但没说是否一定需要这个来申请h1b。
请问这个新i20的copy是申请h1b的时候必要的么，如果是那我岂不是来不及赶上今年的
了～～，

是你申请前就能拿到学校的i20 而不是opt批准后，一般学校快则一天慢则三天就给你
开i20了

律师也跟我发了类似的信息，不过原话是这样的：
"I note that you indicated on your questionnaire that you have not applied
for OPT. If you have applied, please send us your OPT endorsed I-20. While
not critical for filing this petition, if you wish to receive work
authorization after completing your studies and before October 1"
重点是“While not critical for filing this petition”，所以lz不要担心

: 重点是“While not critical for filing this petition”，所以lz不要担心
