HR发的。前两天发信问说还没消息，今天早上发的：
Hello xxxxx,
This is to let you know that your petition has been selected under the
lottery for processing. Our attorneys have received the receipt notice and
will keep us updated as the process moves along. As soon as I receive the
notice, I will send you a copy for your records.
