求分析HM回复，第6次onsite伤不起啊# JobHunting - 待字闺中

4/11日是我的第6次onsite，之前的面试结局都很悲剧，这次面试的时候觉得大家对我
挺热情，面的还不错。
回来后给HM发感谢信，他回复说组里会进行final discussion，HR会在上周晚些时候跟
我说下具体情况，有任何问题HR会给我解答。上周什么消息都没有收到，于是我今天就
跟HM follow up了一下，很快收到了回复如下：
Our HR director (XXX) was out of town last week and then had unexpected
travel difficulties getting back to XXX, so I think this delayed the process
a bit. I expect that she will be in communication with you this week. Let
me know if you donot hear from her by the end of this week.
大家觉得这是什么意思呢？HM难道就不能跟我透露一下结果吗？从信中也看不出任何倾
向性，但之前遇到悲剧的情况都是HM不再理我了。5月就要毕业了，实在有点伤不起了
，听听大家给点意见，缓解一下我的紧张情绪吧！

我面试也不算少，但是都见光死。md，以前一起上课程序编不出来都要找我抄的同学都
找到工作了，就我在这伤心绝望

希望你也早日找到工作！
我去年一起实习的同学都找到工作了，只有我这里还没有结果。找工作也许就跟找对象
差不多，有的人容易，有的人费点劲，希望咱们最终都能找到属于自己的位置！

那是不找对象容易的找工作也容易呢？

希望你也早日找到工作！我去年一起实习的同学都找到工作了，只有我这里还没有结果
。找工作也许就跟找对象差不多，有的人容易，有的人费点劲，希望咱们最终都能找到
属于自己的位置！

以我的经验你在wait list,他们想找更好的，但又未必找到，就让你等着。

你现在等的是哪家？我感觉有些公司就是特墨迹比如Google 而且还不能催。。。

恩，我也觉得，应该是等别人做决定吧，以前等很久悲剧过。

我之前加州都悲剧，现在等其他州的一家。google 为何不能催？一催就据？
google如果能onsite，拿到offer可能有多大？

from my experience (failed four onsites)
you will receive a deny letter....
If HM wanted to hire you, he will say "we decide to go further with you,
however, HR was out of town"...

我刚被google拒了。。。onsite被拒的几率也挺大的。。。哎我除了g家一个onsite都
没呢。。。
一催就拒是民间说法，我也不太清楚

TIMES already. 现在努力继续找。

move on please
as a HM, I normally need to keep the good candicates warm. If HR is out and
not available, I wont wait until you contact me. But I will call in advance
and explain the delay. On the other hand, to lock the candidate down, I will
let him know he does well, and we are looking forward to working with him.
Even in a situation where there's no head counts, I will keep
transparent to him and make sure he understand that I want to get the final
feedback ready, and as soon as i get head count, i will keep in touch.
I think most of HM have motivation to make sure they get what they want, and
make the good candidates happy. That's
why the mail you pasted seems to be a rejection already

本来对我挺好的，现在也有点不厚道了。。。唉唉

第6次onsite已经两周了，几乎放弃了，刚刚HR给我打电话了。
说目前有两个candidate，一个是internal candidate，一个是我。而那个internal
candidate这几天都没有联系上，所以说可能周末通知我结果或者下周。我知道这很可
能是借口，很可能今天是internal candidate答复的deadline。。。
不管怎样求大家bless一下！还没见过offer长什么样呢，希望能有好消息啊。

不是最佳的，但是别人还没回呢。一般我看到不是很好的不会立刻据，而是等下一周的
面试人，在几个人里面挑挑，毕竟可以培养一下。
上周我们面了一个女生，当天给offer。第二天就接受了。半年时间来了十好几个终于
招到了一个人。确切的说，是第二个，第一个是公司内部申请的，可以就不算了。
任何消息都应该是HR来通知，但是是HM决定的。
