刚得到一个on site interview. 发现其中一个interviewer竟然是以前的同事。一起工
作时，有时候聊聊天。他离开后就没联系过了。大概有两年了。是美国白人。
我犹豫要不要先和他联系一下。多了解一下这个工作，顺便也connection一下。可是又
怕他误会我要走后门。
不知道美国文化里这事应该怎么玩儿。想听听大家意见。谢谢。

可以联系一下，具体面试的题目不要问，问问面试的成员，职位要求，流程等general
的问题应该没问题。

If they are not your friend, I will say no contact. Otherwise they could
report you try to reach them before interview.

It depend on what was mentioned in email.
If people just show passion to the job, it will be OK. But if there are
something
improperly or not professional, then it will be not OK.
