我3/3在dell买东西，上面是10%，第二天就变成1%。当时还庆幸买的时候是10%。可是
后来发现shopper说我是4号买的，才给我1%.
我写信问
shopper回信说：我们的rates是常常变的
我回信，还附了我3/3的order confirmation。
shopper又回信说：就像我们前面已经说了，我们的rates是常常变的。
感觉他们根本没有看我的信，就回一封类似的信。

哦，原来这样啊。
我还以为我买的时候10%，从10%的连接进去就是10%呢。
亏大了，早知道还不如从ebates或者bing进呢。
