但是和新工作单位没有冲突，该如何回答以下这个问题？
如果回答是，是不是会被HR直接略过呢？
可否先回答否，有进展了再解释呢？

other entity, such as a non-competition, non-solicitation agreement, which
would in any way restrict your ability to compete with that entity, to work
