据说google面pm也是coding？
google有时真是搞不懂。俺们以前公司两个人去面，一个人是干了2年的sde，拿到
offer了。另一个是公司公认的最强principal sde，干了快20年的，手持专利无数外加
三座国际大奖，结果被默剧了。。。。

如何管理团队，如何进行项目监控，如何制订目标、执行任务、核算工作量、绩效考核
......
其实，如何和人沟通，如何make对方happy。

我面过associate product manager. consulting style, 加数学统计。

It's not really any different than what most product management interviews
are.
Focuses on:
Strategy and vision
Consultative ability
Ability to take ownership and drive a product/program
Support cross-functional teams as de facto subject matter expert
There are different schools of thoughts on how to evaluate those but the
bottom line is trying to see if you can make a product, process, or program
"better".
Not to be confused with project manager.

看着glassdoor这职位配的还不错啊
这种职位需要象programmer那种集中的编程测试吗？根据下面的描述感觉测试的都是忽
悠项目啊，怪不得很少有老中。。。
