据说公司policy已经freeze了，但是因为hiring 过程开始所以还是进行下去。
诡异的是面试结果非常好，只有hiring manager一副为猥琐琐的样子几乎不敢看我，结
果可想而知是悲剧，recruiter 说所有feedback都是very positive，但是HM decide
not to moving forward with my offer and the HM is holding back on other
candidates too，the recruiter is frustrated too.
朋友说当时面试就完全是装样，因为recruiter事先跟我说过hiring freeze, do I
still want to do the interview 我就该拒绝。
这样算正常practise 吗？如何分辨真hire人的interview和装样的interview 呢？

recruiter问我这样的情况我还要不要interview，据说这样的opening 就是假的
opening, interview是假的interview, 不明白花这个时间和钱干嘛？
不过我的确觉得当时HM有心事，心不在焉，组里的feedback都很好

opening, interview是假的interview, 不明白花这个时间和钱干嘛？

等他们家open hire的时候再去不就得了。。。以后啥时候都会有个选择。

不是挺好的嘛。
1.免费面试涨经验值。价值至少1500刀。
2.feedback很好，下次有机会时可以水过。hm欠你一个情。
3.及时将来不去，了解一下行业动态，认识一些人也是好的。
所以你管他真的假的，有面就赚的。
