看到了offer letter。当然不能和这里的niuniu们比,就不献丑了。问几个问题,希望
知情人或过来人指点一下。
(1)里面讲到,“Employee may resign with or without a reason as long as
Employer has received at least two weeks advance written notice (by email
with read receipt confirmation, hand delivery or certified mail return
receipt requested
sent to Employer’s address set forth above) of Employee’s intention to
resign.”
又说:“BREACH In the event of Employee’s breach of paragraphs A, B, D, or
F, Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employer will suffer irreparable
harm and money damages would be an inadequate remedy, entitling Employer to
seek injunctive relief. Employer’s right to seek injunctive relief is
without waiver or limitation to any other remedies Employer has at law or in
equity.”
是不是有些自相矛盾呀?先是说可以resign at-will,又说breac会blabla。还是说只
要提前通知了,就不算breach?
(2)Employee agrees that he/she is responsible for ensuring that the time
record is received by Employer’s accounting office no later than 5 p.m.
each Friday.
这种情况,manager生病还是出差了怎么办?另外要求自己顶着老板每周五5点前给公司
发出勤记录,操作起来有什么困难和需要注意的?
(3)对我来说,那这个位置是为了入门。这种情况下今后的简历可以这样写吗?两项,
同一个时间范围(入职-离职)Employeed by A, worked for B.
(4)还有另外一个问题,现在这个*CC公司【A】的合同我还没有签字,但是所要工作的
公司【B】已经发信让去他的online系统登记了。现在如果登记了,最后没有和A签合同
会有什么麻烦吗?
