特别是我现在这个组大部分组员绝对是under pay的。要么level给的低，要么同level
中工资是low end甚至ridiculously low。
老板这么做对他有什么好处?为什么拼命压低组员工资?不想组员开心吗?不怕跳槽么？

seattle? assume you were working for MS or Amazon.
It's not necessarily under pay, it's just they are old business,
can hardly compete (in hiring) with new business you are jumping to.
MS/Amazon/Ebay are all old business and pay similarly in Seattle:
some difference for some ppls, but averagely similar

It's not necessarily under pay, it's just they are old business,
can hardly compete (in hiring) with new business you are jumping to.
