Hey guys,
I am really sorry for typing English here as I am using lab PC. I just
got an Email from Google says a Googler refereed me may be a good fit for
their team.(I cant even remember when did I ask whom to do that) While I am
a new graduate and do not have much time preparing for the interview, I am
thinking about denying it by claiming that I have a job already.( I am about
to documentation to a non-CS job very soon) I really appreciate this chance
of being considered, but I have no idea what to do now. lol. I know people
in this forum are genius guys. Please help me with a guide. Thanks!

Basically you have two choices, take this opportunity and go through Google'
s interview process, or simply politely deny it like you have said.
It takes some effort to prepare for technical interviews. If you don't want
to spend time, don't take it.
The good thing about taking the interview is that you gain experience, learn
how it works, and know what to expect in the future if you ever come back
to the Software Industry. Even if you fail, you want to fail gracefully, be
in an as late as possible stage so you get better chance for being re-
interviewed and potentially get hired in the future. If you make it to the
onsite, you gain a free trip to Silicon Valley. I found it fun personally.
The bad thing is that you can't re-apply again within 1 year if you take it
and fail.
Think about it and make a call.

Tell them your current employer will file you h1b this year, the recruiter
will tell you he will contact you again after your h1b is confirmed, which
is my case.

Thanks for replying. Basically, I just wanna know how long would it take if
I start to prepare for it? As I haven't practice the Leetcode?

那些recruiter就是在bullshit, 什么有个googler推荐你都不见得靠谱
他们的工作就是整天找些沾点边的人骚扰, 蒙上一个算一个所以别太当回事儿...
想面基本上什么时候都可以面, 如果你是学cs的, 那这都不算个机会...

好吧。。。你觉得从刷多久题才算能蒙上。。。我是CS，各类算法，数据结构学的还行
，只是还没开始刷题。。

估计有俩月差不多了吧我是转行的业余选手估计的可能不准

full time用来准备的话一个月，有工作只是在闲暇时间准备的话3个月差不多了吧。

如果面了没进一年内不能再申，如果投了简历被拒了没有面试是不是也一年不能申呢，
非cs方面的职位。。
