有个tricky的问题想问下：
如果h1b和l1b是不同公司support的，可以同时办理吗？
如果先有了A公司的h1b, 还能再办理b公司的l1b吗？
简单了解了下，但还是不明确问题的答案，也不知道哪有source of truth。求贵人指
点，

yes, you can.
if you're luck enough to win the H1B lottery, your H1B is not activated
before Oct 1st. before that, you can only work on L1B.
Once your H1B is activated, your L1B will be deactivated. Then if you still
want to stay with the L1B company, you have to transfer your H1B.
