大家好,我今年4月申请的H1B,刚approved,6月底,公司就要挂了,或者说是不存在了.

Two issues:
1) H1 quota: yes, your quota is preserved. The rule says if you have been
counted numerical quota in the last 6 years, you will not be counted towards
the quota when you apply for new H1 visa.
2) H1 visa/status: no, your h1 visa/status is gone once the company is gone.
Immediately.In fact you don't have H1 status at all, since it only starts
on October 1. So you are still in whatever your status is right now. The
only difference is that another company can immediately apply H1 for you
right now.
