两家公司A3黑人的手段是一样的.
A家, recruiter 是白人, 安排好第一轮和老印电面,
recruiter feedback 说很好. 但是还要第二轮电面.
问 recruiter 为什么还要电面一次, recruiter 也说
不出原因. 然后第二轮. 死A3 迟到15-20分钟, 打电话过来后,
谈不到两分钟, 死A3又说 "I will call you right back" 然后挂断.
又过5-10分钟之后才打过来. 谈不到10分钟后时间到了.
第二天, recruiter 来信reject.
我 follow-up 写了封信给recruiter, 说死A3 很不 professional,
不但烂费应贫者的时间, 也同时毁坏了A家的 "equal opportunity"的声誉.
几天后, 同样的 story 又发生在 C 家公司 (烙印 A3 的窝).
第二个电面官A3, 傲慢, TMD好象就是给逼的才跟我电面一样.
本定一小时的电面, 不到 20 分钟就结束.
由于recruiter 也是三婆, 也就没必要烂费时间给她complaint 了.
死A3, 老中在IT职场上的死天敌.
老中的面官能会对老中好点吗?

烙印太恶心！
A3是恶心，但是也希望中国应聘者学学A3应聘者是如何给面试官拍马屁的。这样老中面
试官肯定会对你好了。

如果一个公司的几个面试官都是非常professional而且相对和善的,也能从
侧面反映出这个公司至少面试官所在的组的工作环境不错。反之亦然。

Next time you have a recruiter late for interview
You should suggest a re-schedule immediately
So the A3 who is late takes the blame internally.
Then during the reschedule you already know some info
And you can request the A3 not to be your interview officer
Also if it is your term to ask questions, ask directly why he is late.
